If it doesn't fit: 7-day exchange. tags on, unworn, unwashed. we cover the pickup, you cover nothing.
If you didn't love it: 7-day store credit. same tags-on rule. credit never expires, like a friendship.
If we sent the wrong piece, or it arrived damaged: full refund + apology + a tiny gift. our fault, our fix.
Drop pieces: exchange-only on size. no refunds — they were small batch and you knew this going in.
Sale pieces: final. love it firmly before checkout.
